Bhakthi Yoga

Bhakthi yoga is the path of devotion. The practice of Bhakthi yoga transmutes the lower emotions into devotion. The Bhakthi converts the emotions into unconditional love for God, which is neither binding nor selfish. The emotions, when chanelled properly, can be used to attain liberation.

 

Mantra Yoga

Mantra means "mananath trayate iti mantraha". Constant recitation of that in mind which protects is called mantra. When a mantra is recited continuously without any interruption it becomes a sort of habit and will be continued involuntarily. It will eliminate all the negativities from the mind.

 

Hatha Yoga
In the word Hatha "Ha" represents the sun and "Tha" represents the moon. The unification of the sun and the moon is called Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga is one of the important paths for realizing the self. In Hatha yoga asanas, pranayamas, bandhas, mudras and related techniques are given priority for sadhana. In Hatha yoga, strict discipline, will power and strong faith in the practices are the determining factors for progress.
 
Raja Yoga
Out of all the yoga practices, raja yoga is the king of yogas. Jnana yoga, bhakthiyoga, karma yoga are the integral parts of raja yoga. Any one can practice this path of raja yoga without getting disturbed from his day-to-day activities. And so, this yoga is superior to all the other yogas.


 

Karma Yoga
Karma yoga is the path of selfless service. One can learn detachment in one's everyday life. This is the first essential step towards meditation. Detachment is learned through service to others without thought of personal gain. Karma yoga leads to that peace which, once tasted, can never be described.
 
Yoga and Pregnancy
Women are defined by the roles. They fulfill each day in their lives. Yoga is the tool that might make their strenuous journey a smooth sail. Practicing yoga postures during pregnancy enhances a feeling of well-being. Appropriate yoga can lead to a supple body, increased muscle tone. Deep breathing and relaxation can undoubtedly increase a woman's chance of a successful pregnancy,reduced  labour pains, normal delivery and a speedy return to fitness after the birth.
 
Yoga for Children
Children are the future of every nation in particular and the whole world at large. Yoga is the essential product of the 21st century to lead children to their perfect physical health and mental well being. Yoga channelizes their thoughts and makes them responsible citizens of the world.
